Find something that is beautiful, affirming, or magical to you and immerse yourself in it. Know that the only reality, right now, is the reality of that wondrous thing. The smallest respite from emotional pain can give you strength and peace. To claim those moments for yourself is to give yourself the gift of resilience when you need it most.
